This section provides information to view ledgers of the company.
Help > Ledger > View Ledger

Follow the instructions to view ledger.

 

  • Click on ledger button to view Ledger Dialog Box.
  • Click on Ledger Dialogue Box to view detailed ledger

 

Field
Description
Option It displays two options All and By Date. If the user selects All option then it will display all the ledger names. If the user selects By Date option then user have to select start date and end date to view respective ledger.
Type Ledger Name Enter first letter of alphabet to find out ledger name
Show Ledger Name Display all the name of ledger starting with the given alphabet.
From Select starting date
To Select end date
Show Click on show button to view the selected ledger
